Judith "Judy" C. (Alm) Richmond

Judith C. “Judy” Richmond, 83, of Elkhart, passed away Friday October 6, 2023 at Heritage Point in Mishawaka. She was born April 15, 1940 in Elkhart to Hank and Millie Alm. She married Tommy R. Richmond on September 3, 1977 at First United Methodist Church in Elkhart.

She worked at Miles/Bayer as a Packaging and Labeling Coordinator. She enjoyed flower gardening and working in her yard. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her grandchildren enjoyed her making them pancakes.

Surviving are her husband, Tommy of Elkhart, children, Michele (Larry) Holloway of Naples, FL, Lisa Gordon of Elkhart, Steve Gordon of Elkhart and Annette (Mark) Barrett of Elkhart, 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, her sister, Gail Klein of Ravenna, OH, and her brother Howard (Sharon) Alm of Lynchburg, VA. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her children Heather Richmond and Tab Richmond and a brother-in-law Roger Klein.

In keeping with Judy’s wishes, she will be laid to rest with her husband Tommy, at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI on May 24, 2024 at 1:30pm
