Alexis Michele Ham

Alexis Michele Ham, 24, of Osceola, passed away Thursday March 2, 2017 at home.

She was born December 2, 1992 in Elkhart, IN to Fred Ham and Michele (Rief) Medford.

She is survived by her mother, Michele (Allen) Medford of Elkhart; her father, Fred (Debbie Cook) Ham of Bristol; a brother, Austin Ham of Elkhart; 4 step-brothers: Andrew Medford, Austin Cook, Zachary (Ali) Cook and Garrett (Jeneice) Cook; 2 step-sisters: Lindsay Cook and Amy Moser; maternal grandparents, Ron and Diane Rief of Ft. Myers, FL; and paternal grandparents, Fred and Sharyn Ham of South Bend. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Geraldine Ham.

Alexis attended the ADEC Day Program in Elkhart. Alexis recently won the “Dare to Dream” award at ADEC. She was a member of Challenger Little League and she loved dancing. She was in the Special Olympics for Track and Bowling.

Visitation will be from 12-2 PM Monday March 6, 2017 at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Elkhart, where the Funeral Service will be at 2. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
