Almita V. Stallard

Almita Verl Stallard, 88 of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Eastlake Terrace. She was born Aug. 4, 1927 in Appleton, Wisc. To Wencel and Viola (Mehlberg) Sousek. She married Fredrick Christian Stallard who precede her in death on Jan. 1, 1995. Surviving are a daughter, Louann (Charlie Himes) Reynolds of Elkhart and a brother, Eugene Sousek of Appleton, Wisc. She was preceded in death by a son, David Stallard and a daughter, Carol Lynn Stallard.
Almita was a homemaker. She was a member and volunteer at Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalta, IL and enjoyed playing bridge and sewing.
A Graveside service will be held at 12 pm CDT on Friday, April 8th at Highland Memorial Park in Appleton, Wisc.
Memorials may be given to Alzheimers Association.
