Anita Lynn (Borsa) Greenwood, 64, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday March 22, 2018. She was born March 21, 1954 in Elkhart to Anthony and Grace Alice (Cooper) Borsa.
On Oct. 25, 1997 she married Paul Greenwood who survives along with daughters: Christina (Curtis) Knight of Osceola, Jennifer (Walter) Lamb of Elkhart, Catherine (Jeremy Mellinger) Eggleston of Elkhart, sons: Daniel Miller of Edwardsburg, MI, Mitchell (Heather) Miller of Elkhart, step-sons: Paul (Tricia) Greenwood and Charles (Christina) Greenwood both of Brooklyn, NY, a step-daughter: April (Billy) O’Brien of Red Bank, NJ, 24 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren on the way! Also surviving are her siblings Mike (Paula) Borsa, Annette Collins, Pamela Borsa, Joel (Kim) Borsa, and Patrick (Elaine) Borsa, along with several nieces and nephews.
Anita was an avid crafter, including making homemade soap and maple syrup. She enjoyed being outdoors tending to her ponds, gardening and bird watching. She will be loved and missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends may visit from 10 to 11 am Monday Mar. 26, 2018 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home where a procession will leave for a graveside service at Five Points Cemetery, Edwardsburg immediately following. Pastor Gary Sheets will officiate.
