Ann E. Harrell

Ann E. Harrell, 76 of Elkhart passed away on Monday morning, Jan. 8th at Heritage Point, Mishawaka.

She was born Dec. 3, 1941 in Mishawaka to Ernest C. and Bertelene (Barnes) Pirka. She married Larry G. Harrell in Elkhart. He preceded her in death on July 10, 2017.

She is survived by her son, Tony (Angie) Russo of Bristol, IN; Grandsons, Dominic and Sam Russo; Step-Daughter, Kim (John) Dooley of Goshen; Step-Granddaughters, Jessica Dooley and Erika Gorsuch; Step-Son, Jeff (Susie) Harrell of Albuquerque, NM; and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

Also surviving is a sister, Sharon VanPaemel, of Elkhart, and 4 nieces.

Ann formerly owned Grandma’s Attic Resale in Elkhart. Before her retirement, she was employed in sales at Mid-City Supply.

Friends may visit with the family from 5-8 PM Thursday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home.
