Charles E. Jarvis, Jr.

Charles E Jarvis, Jr., of Louisville, Kentucky, formerly of Elkhart County, Indiana and St. Paul, Minnesota died peacefully at his son and daughter in law’s home in Shelbyville, KY on Sunday, April 22nd.

Chuck was born May 3, 1923 in Goshen and is preceded in death by his wife Pat (Gilbert) Jarvis, his parents Charles and Ada Jarvis and his sister Ellen Barger. He is survived by sons John of Roseville, Minnesota and Mark (Kathy) of Shelbyville, Kentucky, daughter SueEllen Chastan of Little Canada, Minnesota, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be from 11-1 pm Wednesday April, 25th, at Stemm- Lawson- Peterson Funeral Home at Cobblestone Crossing, Elkhart,where services will be held at 1 pm. Rev. Fred Stayton will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in Bristol, IN.
