Clifford Earl Powell, Sr.

Clifford E. Powell, Sr., 61, passed away Wed. Jan. 2 in Elkhart. He was born May 14, 1951 in Winnfield, LA to Oscar Powell and Geneva (Casey) Clark.
He is survived by his sons: Clifford E. Powell, Jr. of South Bend, Chance (Sarah) Powell of Basel, Switzerland, and Shayne (Nicole) Erb of Lansing, MI,; 5 grandchildren, his mother Geneva (Ezel) Clark of Chicago, IL, a brother Oscar Powell, Jr., of Lafayette, IN, 2 sisters: Betty (Mark) Beachy of Minnesota and Jennifer (Mike) Hooper of Chicago.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the 1pm service on Tuesday Jan. 8 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart with Dr. Mike Wills of Central Christian Church officiating.
