Evelyn A. Good

Evelyn A. Good, 100, of Elkhart, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Maples at Waterford Crossing.

She was born March 10, 1915 in Elkhart to Roy and Ines (Thunander) Yost. She married Kenneth J. Good on Nov. 19, 1937. He died on Feb. 8, 1997. Surviving are 2 daughters, Mary (Sam) Rulli of Middlebury and Barbara (Val) Vallance of Constantine, MI; a son, Steve (Karen) Good of Lake Villa, IL; 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In her early years, Evelyn worked for C.G. Conn Company in Elkhart before becoming a full time mother. She dearly loved and was devoted to her family.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, April 18th an hour prior to the service at 1 pm at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. Rev. Ted Stanley will officiate. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
