Geraldine M. Huff

Gerry M. Huff, 83 of Elkhart, IN. passed away October 27, 2013 at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born on December 8, 1929 in Lawrence, MA. to William & Elizabeth (Walsh) LaMontagne.
She married Philip H. Huff on May 15, 1954 in Seattle, WA.

He survives along with two sons; Michael Huff of Elkhart and Bradley Huff of South Bend, IN., three sisters; Beatrice Down of MA., Dorothy Gibbons of NJ. and Judith (Alan) Mooradian of MA. and a special niece, Kathy Bahr of Freehold, NJ. A son, Philip Scott Huff preceded her in death.

Friends may call one hour prior to the 1 PM funeral service on Friday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral and Cremation Center. Fr. Glenn Kohrman of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date at Bremen Cemetery.

Mrs. Huff was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. She was a volunteer “Pink Coat” at Elkhart General Hospital and loved to spend time at her lake cottage. She was an avid card player and enjoyed pinochle. She loved to send out cards and letters. She served in the U.S. Navy.
