Glenn A. Frost

Glenn Frost, age 75, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday October 6, 2022 at his home. He was born on March 25, 1947 in Kennett, Missouri to Henry and Rosie Frost. He married the love of his life, Cindy Coleman in April of 1977.

Glenn honorably served his country in the United States Army, then he began his truck driving career. He worked for Victorian Homes, Bennett Trucking and Crest Trucking. He was a lifetime member of the DAV. Throughout his life he played in a band called “Time Machine” with his brother, Earl. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family on Bair Lake in Jones, MI.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cindy Frost; their children Krystal (Daniel) Shangle of Elkhart, Jimmy (Kandis) Frost of Osceola and Krissy (Kevin) Frost Woolwine of Elkhart; grandchildren Scott (Deanna) Eby, Edward Hively-Shangle, Karanda Presswood, Cole Terry, Lexi Balog and Dalton Woolwine; 8 great-children, his sister Berlina Stamper of Radcliff, Kentucky; his best friends Ron and Nina Aurand of Granger and Terry and Anita Proffitt of Bristol, IN several nieces and nephews. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Rosie and his brothers Herman Frost, Alfred Frost and Earl Frost.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart In 46514 where a funeral service will be held at 7pm.  His son-in-law Kevin Woolwine will officiate.
