Guy R. Enos

Guy R. Enos, 82 of Bristol, passed away on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born Aug. 25, 1936 in Elkhart to Edward L. and Doris A. (Dunn) Enos Sr. He married Margaret K. Shinn on May 5, 1956 in Angola. She survives along with 2 daughters, Cindy L. (Ron) Brock of Scotts, MI and Debbie (Dan) Morningstar of San Tan Valley, AZ, a son, Gary R. Enos of North Webster; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a brother, Ronald J. Enos of Cassopolis, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edward L. Enos Jr.

Guy graduated from Bristol High School in 1955 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He retired from Coachmen Industries in 2002 in customer service and had previously worked for Taylor Products as a foreman.

Guy was an avid fisherman and gardener.

Visitation will be from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm Thursday, Oct. 11th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart where his funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery, Bristol where military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Army Honor Guard and the Goshen Honor Detail.
