Helen O. Kline

Helen O. Kline, 90, of Elkhart passed away early Monday afternoon, June 20th at Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born on Oct. 17, 1925 in Culver, IN to Charles Fleet and Carre E. (Anderson) Kissinger. She married George M. Kline on May 31, 1953 in Walkerton. He survives with 2 sons, Larry (Andrea) Kline of Kendallville and David Kline of Elkhart; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty (Gerry) Johnson of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her children, Greg Kline, Lois Andersen and Michael Kline and 7 brothers and sisters.

Helen was a Registered Nurse for High Point Hospital in High Point, NC and retired from Elkhart General Hospital after over 40 years.
She was a member of Little Pine Church of the Brethren. She enjoyed being with her family, sewing, crocheting, baking pies and cookies, gardening and her flowers.

Visitation for Helen will be from 3-5 & 6-8 pm Friday, June 24th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home where services will be at 11 am Saturday, June 25th. Rev. George Bates will officiate and interment will follow at Little Pine Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Little Pine Church.
