Herlinda "Linda" Trevino

Herlinda Trevino, 83 of Elkhart, passed away January 1, 2014 at the New Woodland Manor.

She was born July 22, 2014 in Hebbronville, Texas to Crisanto and Crus (de los Santos) Leal. She married Domingo Trevino Jr. on January 7, 1947. He died August 18, 2013 after 66 years of marriage. Surviving are a son, Ed (Barbara) Trevino of Elkhart, 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a brother, Cris (Evelyn) Leal of Lakeville, IN and 9 other surviving siblings. She was preceded in death by a son, Abel Trevino in 2011.

Herlinda was a homemaker and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved to sew.

She will be buried next to her husband in Alice Cemetery, Alice, Texas at a later date.
