James Lee Alexander

James Lee Alexander, 64 of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at his home.

He was born October 6, 1948 in Elkhart to Don and Edna (Troup) Alexander. He married Judy M. Comer in February of 1971. Surviving are 4 sons, Jamie Wagner of Fla., Don (Leann) Alexander of Lakeville, David (Lydia) Alexander of Osceola, and Jack (Heather) Alexander of Granger and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy on May 12, 2011 and his parents.

Jim served in the U.S. Army and was an avid NASCAR enthusiast.

Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home where services will be at 11 am Friday. Pastor Carl Henry will officiate. Burial will follow at Adamsville Cemetery.
