Jean L. Eichelberg-Pellus, 84, of Elkhart, died Saturday March 26, 2011 at the Courtyard Healthcare Center, Goshen.
She was born March 28, 1926 in Elkhart to Albenia and Wilma B. Huff. She was married to Floyd V. Kern, Frank C. Eichelberg and Nicholas Pellus who all preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, David A. (Esther) Kern of London, Ont.; a daughter, Regina A. Cass of Elkhart, 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a sister, Pauline (Richard E.) Klingler of Naples, Fla.
Jean was an executive secretary for the former St. Joseph Valley Bank and for attorney Frank Eichelberg and was a member of the Women of the Moose.
Family and friends may call from 6-8 pm Tuesday and an hour prior to the 11 am service on Wednesday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home at Cobblestone Crossing, Elkhart. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
