Jose M. Cardenas, III

Jose M. Cardenas III, age 49, of South Bend, IN passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Elkhart General Hospital . Jose was born on March 5, 1973 in San Juan, Texas to Jose, Jr.  and Juana Cardenas.

Jose graduated from high school and college and went on to pursue a career as an administrative assistant and medical office specialist working with dialysis patients. He loved spending time with his family, friends and his dogs.

Jose is survived by his father, Jose M. Cardenas, Jr of South Bend, IN and his mother Juana Cardenas of Texas; his siblings David Cardenas of South Bend, Alex (Cassandra) Cardenas of South Bend, Brenda Cardenas of Texas, Israel Cardenas of South Bend, Janet Cardenas of Texas and Janice (Edgar) Perez of Texas as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
