Joshua J. Sizer

Joshua J. Sizer, 40, of Elkhart, IN formerly of Wellington, OH passed away on Tuesday June 11, 2024 with his family by his side at Center for Hospice, Esther’s Hospice House in Elkhart, IN. Josh was born on February 9, 1984 to Lisa and John J. Sizer, Jr., in Cleveland, OH.

Josh enjoyed helping others by doing odd jobs or simply just lending a hand to help. He will be sadly missed.

Josh is survived by his children Dylan Parker and Bryleigh Haven both of Elkhart, IN  and Josh’s companion Alissa Hathaway all off Elkhart, IN; his parents Lisa and John J. Sizer, Jr. of Wellington, OH; siblings Ryan (Livis) Sizer, Rebekah (Daniel) Bassett, Jordan (Samantha) Sizer, Janaiah (Grant) Hayden, John J. Sizer, III, Randall Sizer, Jillian Sizer and Joleisa Sizer; 15 nieces and nephews and one on the way; as well as his grandma Carole Tolaro of Ohio. Josh was preceded in death by his grandparents, JoAnne Sizer, John J. Sizer, Dave Rinehart and Lee Tolaro.

A celebration of Josh’s life memorial service will be held at 7pm Monday June 24, 2024 at Grace Covenant Church, 24430 Nobottom Road, Olmsted Township, OH 44138, with refreshments to follow the service.
