Joyce Marie Wilson

Joyce Marie Wilson, 81, of Bristol, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her sister’s home surrounded by family. She was born on October 12, 1939 to Clifford and Blanche Black. She married Clayton B. Wilson in January of 1977.

In her youth Joyce worked in the RV industry and enjoyed babysitting. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Joyce is survived by her siblings, Clifford Black of Ossian, IN., Alice Pontius of Florida, Shirley Black of Bristol, IN., and Russell (Dee) Black of Elkhart and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, Clay and brother Paul Black and sister Eva Blocher.

A memorial service for Joyce will be held at 12pm on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Bristol Missionary Church, 19912 State Road 120, Bristol, IN 46507 where visitation will be one hour before services. Joyce will be laid to rest at Kessington Cemetery in Union, Michigan. Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the Wilson family.
