Katherine A. Bailey

Katherine Ann Bailey, 87, died July 12, 2010 in Bloomfield Twp., MI. She was born June 8, 1923 in Elkhart to the late Louis & Frances (Kunze) Linn. She married Arthur N. Bailey on April 27, 1946 in Elkhart. He died February 25, 1989.

She is survived by 2 daughters Nancy (William) Scarbro of Bloomfield Twp., and Janet (Craig) Adams of Bradenton, FL; 3 grandchildren Laura Scarbro, Janet (David) Cobb and Jacki Adams; 1 great-grandchild Sophia Scarbro; and a brother Jack Linn.

Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 4 pm at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. Graveside services will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Rice Cemetery. Rev. Larry W. Kurtz of Faith United Methodist Church will officiate.
