Kelly Lynn Minix

Kelly Lynn Minix, 48, of Bristol, died May 10, 2010 at 10:50 am at the Elkhart Hospice House. She was born in Elkhart on July 25, 1961 to Donald and Lynn (Kelly) Collins. On September 24, 1994 she married Terry E. Minix in Elkhart.

She is survived by her husband Terry, daughter Ashli Fritz, son Chris Fritz, stepdaughter Dana Minix, stepson Brad Minix, sister Tracy Fisher, brothers Todd and Mark Collins, and grandson Ryan Charles. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Minix worked as a purchasing agent for American Custom Vehicles, was a member of Granger Community Church and volunteered for God’s Kitchen. Her family meant everything to her. She was an avid Colts fan.

Visitation will be Friday from 10-1, with funeral services following at 1 pm at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. Pastor Jeff Bell of Granger Community Church will officiate. Burial will be at Trout Creek Cemetery in Bristol.
