Kenneth E. Lindgren

Kenneth E. Lindgren Jr., 58 of Union, MI, passed away Sept. 17, 2015 at his home.

He was born June 25, 1957 in Woodstock, IL to Kenneth E. Lindgren Sr. and Kathaleen B. Sanders. He married Christine I. Tunis on May 6, 1989 in Jones, MI. She survives with a daughter, Heather Ann Lindgren and a son Ryan M. Lindgren of Union; 1 brother, Michael R. Lindgren of South Range, MI; 2 sisters, Penny (Mark) Goodchild of Gladewater, TX and Heidi (David) Schult of Merrill, WI; Father, Kenneth E. (Rose) Lindgren Sr. of Toivola, MI and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Kathaleen Kommes and Carl Kommes.

Kenneth was a machine operator for Diversified Machine Co. in Bristol and enjoyed playing the harmonica, fishing, reality TV and NASCAR.

A memorial service will be held at 5 pm Tuesday, Sept. 22 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, where visitation will be one hour prior.

Memorials may be given to the charity of one’s choice.
