Lane P. Northam

Lane P. Northam, 66 of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 at Elkhart General Hospital. He was born September 22, 1950 in Elkhart to Paul and Lois (Stout) Northam.

He married Connie S. Knowlton on June 4, 1976 in Elkhart. His wife Connie survives along with his sister, Joyce (Jack) Hertel of Lafayette and nephews and niece, Paul Hertel of W. Lafayette and Christina Yaros and Tom Hertel both of Cleveland, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Lane graduated from Concord High School in 1968 and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He retired as a realtor in Elkhart after many years for various companies. He was a member of the Michiana Mustang Club. He loved cars and enjoyed attending car shows.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Per Lane’s wishes, cremation was chosen
