Lola Marie McGuire

Lola Marie McGuire, 66, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday June 27 at
Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born May 12, 1947 in Elkhart to Charles Ray and Betty (Myers) Elkins. On June 12, 1965 in Elkhart she married Michael K. McGuire who survives along with a son: Ron (Mary) McGuire of Pinellas Park, FL, a daughter: Kathy (Mark) Moore of Constantine, MI, five grandchildren: Tiffany, Matthew, Kristia, Melissa and Tyler, two great-grandchildren: Hayden and Brantley; two sisters: Carolyn (Skip) King of Elkhart and Mary (Mike) Bartkowiak of Mishawaka and her mother Betty Elkins. She was preceded in death by her father.

Lola was a 1965 Graduate of Concord High School and worked as a housekeeper for Hubbard Hill Estates.

Visitation will be 5 to 7pm Sunday June 30 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral and Cremation Center, Elkhart, where the service will be held at 10:30 am Monday July 1, with Chaplain Dave Severance of Hubbard Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.
