Margaret "Peg" Super

Margaret E. “Peg” Super, 85, of Bristol, passed away Sunday June 28, 2015 at Hospice House of Elkhart.
She was born Aug. 13, 1929 in LaPorte, IN to Robert G. and Marie M. (Martin) Homan. On March 26, 1950 in Elkhart she married James O. Super who preceded her in death on March 31, 2010.
Surviving are a son Steven J. (Susan) Super of Goshen, 2 granddaughters Blaire Super and Heidi (Joseph) Wagoner both of Goshen and 2 great-grandsons: Braxton Cooper and Brody Wagoner.
She was preceded in death by her brother Robert W. Homan.

Peg Graduated from Elkhart High School in 1947 and attended Sullins Academy in Bristol, VA and IUSB.
She retired as Secretary/Treasurer of R.G. Homan Investments. She was also treasurer of Elkhart Lumber and Sawmill. She managed Star Girl Temporary Employment Service and had worked at C.G. Conn, Co.
She was a member of the Frontier Club, Athena Club and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed needlepoint, reading, using the computer and her cats.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Wednesday July 1 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. A procession will leave the funeral home at 9:30 am Thursday July 2 for a 10 am graveside service at Gracelawn Cemetery, Elkhart, with Pastor Melissa Zimmerman officiating.
