Michelle A. Gable

Michelle A. Gable, 29 of 58443 Oakwood Court, Elkhart, Indiana passed away January 9, 2009 at 2:15 P.M. at home after a 2 year battle with cancer.

She was born on August 30, 1979 in Elkhart, Indiana to Dennis & Judy Barnett) Gable. Her parents survive along with two sisters; Kristine (Kurt) Weimer of Elkhart and Jennifer (Greg) Couch of Westfield, Indiana, a brother, Matthew (Robyn) Gable of Elkhart; a niece, Elizabeth Weimer and a Nephew, Benjamin Weimer both of Elkhart; and grandparents, Donald (Dorothy) Gable of North Manchester, Indiana.Grandparents David & Eula Barnett of Seymour, Indiana preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 3-8 P.M. Tuesday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Boulevard, Elkhart where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday with the Pastor Lane Fosnaugh of Northside church of the Nazarene officiating.

Michelle worked in the manufactured housing industry.She was a member of the Concord Marching Band Color Guard and Winter Guard and a ten year 4-H member of the Concord Lads & Lassies club. She dearly loved the family pets.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Goshen Care at Home Services or the Humane Society of Elkhart County.
