Neva V. Miltroka-Roy, 87, of Florida, formerly of Elkhart, passed away Monday Feb. 6, 2017 in Elkhart, IN. She was born on June 3, 1929 in Muncie, IN to Worley and Lillie (Foster) Murphy. She married Eugene Miltroka on March 17, 1952. He preceded her in death on Nov. 16, 1994. She then married Robert Roy. He preceded her in death on Sept. 2, 2012.
She is survived by 4 sons: John, Steven, Michael (Brenda) and David Miltroka; 2 daughters: Barbara (Wayne) Dunker and Marla Meyers; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters: Dorothy Fenton, Tredessa (Larry) Jackson and Sue Mullen; and a brother, Emmett Murphy. In addition to both her husbands, Neva was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Smith; 3 brothers: Jimmy, LeRoy and Billy Murphy; and a sister, Patsy Sommer.
She retired from Alumax (now Amerimax). She loved playing the organ, singing, camping and traveling and playing games on her computer.
Visitation will be on from 5-8 P.M. Friday Feb. 10, 2017 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be on Saturday at 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Orland, IN.
