Nick C. Eppert Sr.

Nick C. Eppert Sr., 60, of Elkhart, passed away December 17, 2007 at Elkhart General Hospital.

He was born to Clifford and Elsa (Tope) Eppert and married Peggy E. Kiermeier on November 26, 1966 in Cloucester City, NJ. She survives with a son, Nick C. (Angela) Eppert Jr. of Bristol, 2 daughters Patty Faus of Elkhart and Cindy (Hans) Heintzelman of Muncie; 7 grandchildren, Annika, Boden, and Caelan Eppert, Cole Faus, Helena, Heddie, and Hanson Heintzelman; 1 sister, Ginger (Cor) Bergh of Elkhart, 1 brother, Jeff (Carol) Eppert of Elkhart and his extended parents, Helen and Ray Hill of Mottville, MI.

Mr. Eppert was a purchasing agent in the RV Industry for over 30 years, currently for Michiana Mobile Structures in Elkhart. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He served with the U.S. Navy in Vietnam and graduated from Goshen High School.
