Norma B. Best

Norma B. Best, 92 of Greenville, SC, formerly of Elkhart, passed away March 9, 2014 in her home.

She was born February 5, 1922 in Bangor, MI to Glenn and Katie (Zipsie) Whiteman. She married Donald E. Best in 1945 in Battle Creek, MI. He died in 1987. She then married Roy Beall in 1996. He survives along with her children, Donald E. (Suellen) Best Jr. of Englewood, FL, Richard L. (Karyn) Best of Simpsonville, SC, and Larry (Pamela) Best of Allen, TX and 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Norma was a homemaker and member of the former Simpson United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church while in Elkhart.

Visitation will be an hour prior to the 10:30 am service on Friday March 14th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. Reverend Karen Bray will officiate. Burial will follow at Rice Cemetery.
