Patricia Ann Brown

Patricia Ann Brown, 84 of Elkhart went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 16, 2012.

She was born October 28, 1927 in Elkhart to Newton Earl and Lillian P. (Bosse) Morehouse. She married Violes James Brown on May 28, 1949 in Goshen. He died on Feb. 28, 1995. Surviving are her children, Doris (Tim) Brumbaugh and James (Donna) Brown both of Bristol, Brenda (Chuck) Stephic and Rita (Danny) Moore both of Elkhart; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, George, Bill and Robert Morehouse and 2 sisters, Marjorie Smith and Phylis Leslie.

Patricia graduated from Elkhart High School in 1947 and worked at Adams & Westlake, Dale Trusses and retired from ESI Meats. She was a 61 year member of Bristol United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Wednesday at Bristol United Methodist Church and an hour prior to the 11 am service on Thursday. Rev. Fred Stayton will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery.
