Patti K. Schell

Patti K. Schell, 60, of Bronson, MI, formerly of Edwardsburg, MI passed away on November 2, 2012 in Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born Oct. 23, 1952 in Chicago to Floyd W. and Edna L. (Garre) Schell. Surviving are 2 sisters, Joan Janes of Pentwater, MI and Cindy (Larry) Kimes of Bristol; 3 brothers, Garre Schell of Bristol, Edward (Gale) Schell of Glendale Heights, IL and Peter (Crystal) Schell of Stafford, VA; 2 stepsons, Rick and Ray Wielgos of Bristol, 6 step-grandchildren and 8 nephews and 6 nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Floyd, Charles and Clyde Schell, a niece, Misschell and her companion of 24 years, Mike Wielgos.

Patti was a homemaker and volunteered at her church in Arizona for 9 months. She enjoyed traveling and was a loved aunt and great-aunt. She loved to be called “GAP”.

A Memorial Mass will be at 11 am Saturday, Nov. 17th at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Bristol. Father Bob VanKempen will officiate.
