Phyllis A. Kulp

Phyllis A. Kulp, 78, of Elkhart passed away Monday morning at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Elkhart.

She was born July 14, 1938 in Bristol to Edward B. and Anna (Sucha) Teall. She married Samuel L. Kulp on Feb. 16, 1996 in Bristol. He survives along with her children, Jeffrey Bell and Jennifer (Melvin) Williams both of Elkhart; a grandson, Dustin Bell and 2 brothers, Ronald (Julie) Teall of Bristol and Ralph Derr of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by 15 siblings.

Phyllis retired after 13 years in the Crown Audio Module Dept. from Harmon Kardon in Elkhart and had previously worked for 13 years at Whitehall Laboratories.

She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Bristol and enjoyed cooking and music.

Visitation for Phyllis will be from 3-7 pm Thursday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Karen Strietelmeier officiating.
