Ramona L. Stauffer

Ramona L. Stauffer, 72 of 1900 Jeanwood Drive, Elkhart passed away April 16, 2008 at Eastlake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born May 2, 1935 in Ligonier, IN to Herbert R. and Elmina (Keister) Peffley. Surviving are a daughter, Diane E. Heckaman of Noblesville, IN; 3 sons, Roger Tacy and Vernon Bowling of Elkhart and Rick Guyton of Osceola, IN; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Kathryn (Mark) Snyder and Mary Lou (Antel) Szucs both of Elkhart. A sister, Veronica Asher preceded in death.

Mrs. Stauffer had worked at Gina's Lounge, Poor Tony's, Dave Raab's Drive-in and Industrial Lamp Co.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday at Rice Cemetery. Reverend Jim Overhulser will officiate.

Memorials may be given to the Alzheimers Association.
