Rosamund A. Grindstaff

Rosamund A. Grindstaff, 91 of Edwardsburg, MI, passed away December 7, 2012 at Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born July 21, 1921 in Crown Hill, West Virginia to Albino and Hester (Flower) George. She married Leon Grindstaff on May 27, 1972. He died on Feb. 22, 2012. Surviving are a step-son, Kevin (Esther) Grindstaff of Edwardsburg, 2 step-daughters, Deborah Grindstaff of New Haven, IN and Jill Monson of Red Bluff, CA; Grandchildren, Shana, Christopher, Meranda, Jessica, Brandon, Annie, Stacy and Jolene; Several Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and 1 sister, Colleen Judy of Blairsville, GA. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Mrs. Grindstaff owned with her husband the Tivoli Inn in Allegan, MI and was a member of Bethel Tabernacle in Niles, MI.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 pm at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart where services will be held at 10 am Monday. Pastor Matthew Bair will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be sent at www.stemmlawsonpeterson.com.
