June 6, 1941 — September 18, 2016

On September 18, 2016, our sweet Mom/Granmoo was welcomed into the loving arms of Our Lord & Savior after an extended illness. Waiting to greet on just the other side were her parents, brother, sister & her infant granddaughter. She was born on June 6, 1941 to Bertha & Willard Pritsch. They both passed in 1969. She was also preceded in death by her brother Dale Pritsch, Sister Nancy Pritsch & infant granddaughter Samantha Shrock.

Surviving are her two beautiful daughters Beth (Al) Witkowski of Chicago, IL and Gail (Jim) Davies of Greenville, SC; One handsome son Scott (Cynthia) Shrock of Granger, IN.

The light of her life are the following grandbabies who affectionately called Granmoo. Joshua, Chelsea, Tyler Walsh of Greenville SC. Corben, Jackson, Samuel & Lucy Shrock of Granger, IN. She will forever be remembered for the snack drawer, Papa Johns pizza days at the GranMoo’s house. They made the world a brighter place as she did to theirs. She will live forever in their hearts.

She worked for many years in the medical profession doing many different jobs. Her finally job was in admitting in ER at Elkhart General. She retired from there in June 2006 after 33 years of service. She will be remembered for her laughter, bright smile, her love for the Chicago Bears. Her special “A Woo Who” calling.

She always had a smile on her face. Made people feel better with her positive attitude. She was caring, thoughtful & just an amazing woman in so many ways.

She loved to read James Patterson. Play card games. Spend time with her loving family and dear friends. She had some very special friends of many years Connie Neely & Lumi Hoffer. She loved you women dearly.

Our hearts are broken but we will live on knowing that one day we will all be together again.
