Saleme Ferrah

Saleme Ferrah, 98 of Elkhart, Indiana died May 29, 2009 @ 11:20 P.M. at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on August 10, 1910 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Fred & Zera Masloob. She married Samuel Ferrah who preceded her in death in 1974.

Survivors include a son, Fred (Bonnie) Ferrah of Elkhart, three grandsons and a sister, Louise Pool of Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen, Esther and Mary and a brother, Sam Masloob.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service which will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Boulevard, Elkhart with the Reverend Larry Kurtz of Faith United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will take place at Fountain Grove Cemetery in Bryan, Ohio. Mrs. Ferrah was a homemaker for most of her life and a member of the Osolo Missionary Church.
