Sally J. Sharp

Sally J. Sharp, 62 of South Bend, passed away on August 18, 2017 at the Elkhart Hospice House.

She was born May 8, 1955 in Elkhart to Robert and Barbara (Krallman) Shearer. She married Louis Sharp who preceded in death on March 6, 2013. She is survived by a son, Jason (Kuyona) Sharp of Port St. Lucie, FL; 5 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sandra (Marcus) Nisly of Elkhart and Melody (Bart) Benzinger of Ft. Wayne; a brother, Steve (Mary) Shearer of Haines City, FL and her mother, Barbara Carner of Goshen. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert and her grandparents.

Sally was a homemaker and attended the Vineyard Church. She loved animals.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to Pet Refuge, Inc. Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart is entrusted with her care.
