Shirley Ann Bloom

Shirley Ann Bloom, 82 of Elkhart passed away at Brickyard-Elkhart Care Center. Shirley was born on July 8, 1940 in Winston Salem, North Carolina to Carl and Virginia Beard. She is proceeded in death by her devoted and loving husband, John Bloom.

Shirley enjoyed retail therapy; nothing could beat a great day shopping. Her home was her castle and she made sure everyone enjoyed spending time there; nothing beat “Nana’s “peach cobbler. She loved to spend time with her friends and family as she will be greatly missed.

Shirley is survived by her daughters Lesa Kershner and Karla Hamm of Elkhart, and her grandchildren Johnathan Cromwell of Florence, AL., Rhonda Rowe of Elkhart, Kasara Cromwell of Indianapolis, IN, and Brittany Roberson of Muscle Shoals, AL and 15 great-grandchildren.
