Stephen Louis Nagy

Stephen Louis Nagy, age 70, of Elkhart passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital. Steve was born on October 13, 1950 in Elkhart to Louis and Virginia Nagy.

Steve honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He was formerly a foreman at Coachmen RV. He enjoyed being outdoors from hunting and fishing to a simple bicycle ride. The greatest time was spent with his family and friends.

Steve is survived by his daughter Lindsay Ann (Adam) Hobbs of Perry, GA, grandchildren, Alexa Rocha, hunter Hobbs, Ethan Hobbs and Jasmine Hobbs. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Steve’s Life service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 where friends may visit from 10 am – 12 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow with military honors at St. Vincent Cemetery in Elkhart. Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 1205 Middleton Run Road, Elkhart, IN 46516.
