Tonya Sue Scalf

Tonya Sue Scalf, 69 of Elkhart, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017 in her home.

She was born on Aug. 25, 1947 in Terre Haute. She married Martis C. Scalf on July 29, 1968 in Elkhart. He survives along with 2 daughters, Toni (Brent) Kreighbaum and Mary Fenner both of Elkhart; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Darla Kay Boatman of Terre Haute and Paula (Bob) Garland of Melbourne, FL. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl Maxine Willard, a grandson, Steven, and 2 brothers, Steve and Michael.

Sue retired from Atwood Mobile Products in Elkhart and enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her family.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 12 pm to 4 pm Saturday, May 6th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be given to Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
