Vicki Sue Ayers

Vicki Sue Ayers, 59, of Elkhart, IN passed away at Elkhart General Hospital on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Vicki was born on August 22, 1965 to Samuel and Virginia Hill in Elkhart, IN. She married Billy Ayers in Las Vegas of 2007. 

Vicki graduated from Jimtown High School class of 1983. She enjoyed watching sports and watching her grandchildren playing sports, most of all she loved watching her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her husband riding around in their classic car.

Vicki is survived by her husband Billy Ayers, son Keith (Heather Wallace) Goorhouse of Edwardsburg, MI., and Amy (David) Reames of Elkhart, IN; grandchildren Alli, Aydon, Paiyton, Harper, Camryn, Mikylah, Kendyll, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Cassi, Avery and Rylee and the entire Ayers family. Vicki was preceded in death by her siblings Marla Ishmael, Gary Hill and Judy Hill.

A celebration of life service for Vicki will be held at 6pm on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd., Elkhart, IN 46514 where visitation will be held from 4-6 pm. Vicki will be laid to rest next to her parents at Olive Cemetery in Jimtown in a private ceremony. Memorial donations in Vicki's memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1016 W.
