Wilma P. Goble

Wilma P. Goble, 81, of Elkhart, passed away November 6, 2008 at her home.

She was born November 19, 1926 in Mecca, Indiana to John W. and Flossie M. (Dill) Ross. She married Paul E. Goble on December 16, 1950 in Milford, Indiana. He died on March 17, 2003. Surviving are a son, James (Carla) Schrock of Florida; 4 daughters, Crystal (Ralph) Brown of Florida, Karen L. Goble of Elkhart, Paula S. Burkholder of Goshen and Toni L. Brown of Elkhart; 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. A granddaughter, Teresa A. Bailey preceded in death.

Mrs. Goble was a QMA for over 30 years for local nursing homes. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and enjoyed coloring posters and collecting Betty Boop items.

Friends may call from 2-6 pm Monday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, 1531 Cobblestone Blvd. Elkhart. Services will be at 6 pm Monday at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Chapel of Faith Mausoleum, Rice Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials may be given to the Church.
