Cindy L. Fink

Cindy L. Fink, 62 of Bristol, passed away early Monday morning, Aug. 14th at Indiana University Hospital, Indianapolis, after an extended illness.

She was born Oct. 12, 1954 in Elkhart to Jack and Barbara (Fuller) Weatherwax. She married Jeffrey A. Fink on Nov. 14, 1987 in Elkhart. She is survived by husband, Jeff, a son, Jason (Meggan) Fink of Elkhart; a sister, Lindie (Robert) Rininger of Elkhart; a brother, Hal Weatherwax; her mother, Barbara Weatherwax of Elkhart; a sister-in-law, Marlene Weatherwax and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack, brother, James.

Cindy graduated from Elkhart Central High School in 1973 and attended Kalamazoo Community College and I.U.S.B. She was a homemaker and previously was the program director for the Mental Health Association of Elkhart County. Her family was the joy of her life and she loved spending time with them.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Wednesday, Aug. 16th at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home and an hour prior to the service at 11 am on Thursday, Aug. 17th also at the funeral home. Pastor Terry Cochran will officiate. Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
